On July 19, in São Paulo, Brazil, the event “Does Brazil Have a Future?” took place. It was promoted by the Sovereignty Association, the Nova Roma Association and the Active Neighborhood Institute, and featured Sovereignty members Raphael Machado, Alexandre Hage and Thales Rufini, as well as leading Brazilian political commentator Rubem Gonzalez.
Among the topics covered were the recent tariffs imposed by Trump on Brazil, the country’s energy difficulties, the need to raise national awareness, the risks of joining the 2030 Agenda, and other topics of national interest.
The event attracted 60 people from the São Bernardo do Campo region, which is known as the cradle of trade unionism in Brazil, who were also able to ask questions of the speakers after the event.
