The Old Continent is under the absolute control of the United States and its current President, to whom the current leaders of the European Union have preemptively surrendered. The imposition of 15% trade tariffs, far exceeding previous and new tariffs the United States is imposing on other economic blocs, and military spending at 5% of GDP for European NATO members, demonstrate that the European Union lacks the slightest strategic autonomy vis-à-vis the American hegemon of the unipolar world led by Trump.
The final straw in this humiliation was European leaders referring to Trump as “The President of Europe,” as Trump himself acknowledged in remarks to reporters in the Oval Office on Monday, August 25. This was part of the European Union’s globalist pressure on the United States to not abandon the Zelensky regime in Ukraine.
Hardly anyone in Europe remembers when Trump was in the Biden administration’s hell in his country from 2020 to 2024, when he was openly insulted and defamed by Western leaders and was also the victim of countless criminal proceedings in Georgia by the Democratic Prosecutor’s Office of that part of the United States, something I echoed in an article I published in the Spanish legal media “Confilegal” and which can be consulted at this link:
This gives a measure of how little dignity Western leaders have and how Trump is humiliating them, basically because they let him, they deserve it, and because they lack the courage to stand up to his abuses in terms of tariffs and military measures.
The tragic reality for Europeans is the realization of what we have been reduced to in geopolitical terms. Not only do we suffer abuse from the European Union, but this community power has also been ceded to Trump so that he can treat us as an economic and military colony from which to extract our resources and profits.
European leaders, both France and Germany, have already said it openly: they are going to dismantle the welfare state and replace it with one that prioritizes the economic and war-mongering interests of the United States.

We are being dragged into a new existential phase in which Europe will be plundered as long as its citizens continue to conform to the dictates of their elites. However, it is increasingly evident that within the European Union, dissent is rampant and unbridled.
We Europeans clearly realize that this process of loss of sovereignty will result, if we do not prevent it, in the extinction of our ancient nations, and that the only way out of this tragic fate would be to cut the umbilical cord that binds us to the United States by replacing the current elites and recovering the power of our European nations in order to structure ourselves as sovereign nations in the New Multipolar Order.
