Through their astute observations and a series of specific proposals aimed at improving the future positions of their respective nations, the members of the Expert Analytical Association ‘Sovereignty’ highlighted the exceptional opportunity presented to Mexico, Ecuador, Peru and Chile by developments in the Indo-Pacific region and the global reconfiguration to safeguard and expand their sovereign interests.

They emphasised the potential for a sovereign future for American countries linked to Pacific dynamics.
